When working with legacy charts, you can define baselines
by the values on the numeric axis.
Procedure
- Click the chart object.
- In the Properties pane, under Chart
Annotations, double-click the Baselines property.
- Click the new button
and choose the type of baseline from the list.
- Specify the necessary criteria for the baseline position.
If you use a calculation to determine the baseline, define an expression.
- If you add more than one baseline, specify their order
using the up and down arrows.
- Click OK.
A baseline icon appears in the Markers, notes, and baselines box.
- To define the line style, click the baseline icon
and
set the Line Styles property.
- To define the text style, click the baseline text and make
changes in the Properties pane.
- To delete a baseline, click its baseline icon and click
the delete button
.
