Lock a Portlet

The procedure to lock a portlet is as follows.

Procedure

  1. In IBM® Cognos® Connection, click Launch, IBM Cognos Administration.
  2. On the Configuration tab, click Portlets.
  3. Click the appropriate portlet group.
  4. In the Actions column, click the lock icon Lock icon associated with the portlet you want to lock.

    Alternatively, click the More link, and then click Lock portlet settings.

    The icon changes to locked.
