Modifying settings of deployed Cognos portlets in Liferay

You can modify the settings of deployed Cognos® portlets in Liferay.

Procedure

  1. Open the portlets.xml file and change the appropriate values. For more information, see Modify a Portlet.
  2. Generate a new CognosBIPortlets.war file. For more information, see Configuring the Portlet Applications.
  3. Uninstall the Cognos portlets from Liferay. For more information, see Uninstalling the portlet applications file for Liferay Portal.
  4. Deploy the new CognosBIPorltets.war application file to Liferay. For more information, see Installing the portlet applications file for Liferay Portal.
