As an administrator, you can manage the data
sets of all users from the Data Sets status
page.
Note: If you want to track details of user actions
on their personal data set pages, you can run the sample audit report
"Weekly action details by user" and select DATASET when prompted.

Procedure
- In IBM Cognos Administration, click
the Status tab, and then click Data
Sets.
The Data Sets page
appears. It lists the data sets created by all users and displays
the following information for each data set:
- Name - The name of the data set. The default
name is the name of the file that the user imported.
- Owner - The name of the user who created
the data set.
- Refreshed - The date and time when the
data set was last replaced with a data set from an updated file.
- File size (KB) - The size of the uploaded
file.
Note: The total size of each user's imported data set files
cannot exceed 100 MB.
- Rows - The number of rows in the data set
table.
- Tenant - The tenant, if one exists, that
is associated with the data set.
- In the Filter section, click the
filtering items that you want to use.
Tip: If
you want to use advanced filtering options, click Advanced
options. To reset all selections to the default settings,
click Reset to default.
- To delete a data set, select the check box for the data
set and then click Delete .
- To change a property, such as the name or description,
or disable or hide the entry, click the actions button for the
data set name, and click Set properties .
